Raspberry Facial Blitz


Raspberries are rich in natural antioxidants, which fight signs of aging, and the raspberry seeds act as a gentle exfoliant in this scrub.

6 Fresh Raspberries
1 tsp Honey
1/2-1 tsp Milk

Instructions:

  1. Using a blender, puree raspberries until smooth.
  2. Remove from blender and mix with the honey and enough milk to make a paste.
  3. Scrub over face, avoiding eye area.
  4. Remove with warm water and a washcloth.

Grape Body Glow


Grapes are a good source of bioflavonoids, which are powerful antioxidants. Grapes are also considered as coolants and astringents.

5 Fresh Grapes
1/2 cup Sugar
2 TBS Honey
4 tsp Grapeseed Oil (you can substitute Soybean Oil
3 drops of Petigrain Essential Oil (optional

Instructions:

  1. Using a blender, puree grapes until fairly smooth.
  2. Remove from blender and mix with remaining ingredients.
  3. Vigorously scrub over body, avoiding the face area (this sugar in this scrub is too rough for delicate facial skin.
  4. Focus your scrubbing on rough patches like elbows, knees and heals.
  5. Remove with warm water and a washcloth or shower off.
